MANILA, Philippines — President Marcos has designated Victor Alfonso Limlingan, a financial executive and businessman, as an acting member of the Social Security Commission (SSC).
In posts on its Facebook and Instagram accounts on Tuesday, the Presidential Communications Office said Limlingan would represent the employers’ group in the SSC under the Department of Finance. The SSC manages the Social Security System.
