MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has deployed breathalyzers nationwide to keep roads safe during the holiday season.
LTO chief Vigor Mendoza said random inspections on motorists would be conducted as festivities are expected to increase in the coming weeks.
