MANILA, Philippines — The Light Rail Transit Line1 (LRT-1) will be have limited operations Friday, October 25 after a fallen tree obstructed the tracks between two stations in Pasay City at the height of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami).
LRT-1 trains will only operate from Central Terminal to Fernando Poe Jr. Station and vice versa starting at 4:30 a.m.
Article continues after this advertisement“Our team is still working on the removal of the fallen tree between EDSA and Libertad stations, as well as the assessment of its impact on catenary facilities and the necessary repairs,” the LRT-1 said in its Facebook post.

On Thursday night, the LRT management said a part of the tree fell on the carriageway and catenary facilities between EDSA and Libertad stations.
