MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila and 24 other areas remain under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami), while TCWS No. 1 was lifted in Samar and Northern Samar, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa said Friday morning.

Wind speeds from 62 to 88 kilometers per hour are expected in areas under TCWS No. 2  in the next 24 hours.
